Domain Registration Agreement

Effective: 2026-01-01

This Domain Registration Agreement ("Agreement") governs the registration, renewal, transfer, and management of domain names that you ("Registrant") register through NexrDomains, operated by NexrStack Software, Inc. ("we", "us").

1. ICANN policies

Generic top-level domains (gTLDs) such as .com, .net, .org, .io, and .ai are governed by the policies of ICANN, including the Registrar Accreditation Agreement, the Transfer Policy, and the Registrants' Benefits and Responsibilities Specification. By registering a domain you agree to these policies, which are incorporated by reference.

2. Registry-specific terms

Country-code top-level domains (ccTLDs) and certain new gTLDs are governed by the policies of their respective registries. Examples include Nominet for .uk and .co.uk, EURid for .eu, Identity Digital for many new gTLDs, and Verisign for .com and .net. By registering a domain in a particular TLD you agree to the additional terms of the corresponding registry, which we will display at the time of registration where required.

3. Registrant accuracy

ICANN and most registries require that registrant contact information be true, accurate, current, and complete. You must update your registrant contact details promptly when they change. We may contact you periodically to verify your details and may suspend a domain whose details are demonstrably inaccurate, in line with ICANN policy.

4. Registrant rights and responsibilities

You have the right to:

You are responsible for:

5. Domain expiry and recovery

We send renewal reminders by email approximately 30, 7, and 1 days before expiry, and again on the day of expiry. After expiry, the domain enters an Auto-Renew Grace Period (typically 30 days) during which you can renew at the standard renewal fee. After that, the domain enters the Redemption Grace Period (typically 30 days), during which a higher redemption fee applies. After redemption, the domain is released back to the registry.

6. Transfers

Inbound transfers require an unlocked domain and a valid auth/EPP code. Outbound transfers follow ICANN's Transfer Policy and the applicable registry rules. We do not charge a fee to transfer a domain out, although the gaining registrar typically charges one year of registration as part of the transfer.

7. Dispute resolution

Disputes over the right to a domain name are not handled by NexrDomains as registrar. They are governed by:

We will comply with the outcome of any properly-administered UDRP, URS, court order, or registry dispute decision affecting a domain registered through us.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability in respect of domain registrations is limited as set out in the Terms of Service. We are not liable for loss of a domain caused by inaccurate registrant data, expired payment methods, third-party policy decisions, or registry-level outages.

9. Default nameservers

Unless you specify otherwise, domains registered through us are set to use our default nameservers: ns1.nexrstacksoftware.com, ns2.nexrstacksoftware.com, ns3.nexrstacksoftware.com, and ns4.nexrstacksoftware.com. You may change nameservers at any time from your client portal.
